About HeroMind

Built by a recovering tool-hopper.

No big team, no hype — just the tool that actually worked for one obsessive person first, now opening up to other people who live with the same overload.

The story

Every system got abandoned. This one stuck.

GTD, Things, Todoist, Sunsama, a drawer of dead notepads — tried them all, quietly left them all. The lesson wasn't that the tools were bad. It's that heavy systems collapse under real life. The trick isn't more features. It's a daily loop that clears your head and keeps nothing extra, so the system stays light enough that you keep showing up.

HeroMind was built by a founder who used it every day for a year to dig out of his own scattered workflow. Every feature earned its place by surviving daily use — and everything that didn't got cut.

The bigger idea

Built around a simple arc.

Look inward, choose what matters, act on it today, learn, and adjust. The hero's journey is the inspiration — but the product stays practical: big goals become daily actions, advice becomes next steps, and learning feeds back into your direction.

Two kinds of AI help power it: agents that do the work (capture, distill, schedule) and heroes that advise (perspective, decisions, a push) — which is where the name HeroMind comes from.

Where that arc leads — Planner, Quests, Council, Library — lives on the Suite page →

Your data

Your data is yours.

Brain dumps and journal entries are among the most personal data anywhere, and HeroMind treats them that way. Discard a session and the raw text is permanently deleted. Every AI suggestion is read-only until you confirm it — the AI advises, you decide. And what it learns about how you work is fully visible, dismissible, and deletable: a mirror, not surveillance. You can export or delete everything, anytime. No selling your data, no training on it without your say-so, no dark patterns.
